HOW WE WORK
At Dezone Studio, we believe a successful renovation starts with a clear process, honest communication, and careful planning. Our design-build approach brings the design and construction stages together, allowing your project to be managed by one coordinated team from the first consultation through to final handover. This helps reduce confusion, improve cost control, and ensure that design decisions are practical, buildable, and aligned with your budget. By reviewing design, materials, scope, and construction requirements early, we help you make informed decisions before work begins on site.
Our Process

1. Initial Consultation
We meet with you to understand your goals, lifestyle, budget, and the key outcomes you want to achieve for your home.

2. Design and Planning
We develop practical design solutions, review layout options, discuss materials and finishes, and ensure the proposed design suits both your vision and construction requirements.

3. Detailed Proposal
You receive a clear project proposal outlining the scope of works, inclusions, pricing, and project expectations, so you know what is involved before construction begins.

4. Construction and Project Coordination
Our team manages the build stage with trusted trades, regular communication, quality checks, and careful coordination of each stage of work.

5. Completion and Handover
Before handover, we review the completed works, finalise any outstanding items, and ensure the project is delivered to the expected standard.
